Za Pizza is delish. I really enjoy the casual atmosphere and the option to sit outside at the sidewalk tables and enjoy the pizza and the ambiance of Hyde Street. The salad is really delicious in addition to the pizza OR as a healthy substitute :) Pizza is really cheesy and flavorful. They also deliver which is SO NEAT!!!!!

Tasty, thin, giant slices. Had the plain cheese - lots of cornmeal on the bottom of the crust, which is fine by me. Only complaint is it was a bit undercooked, otherwise nice cheese/sauce combo. Worth checking out! **Review Update** Just had this again, felt the need to downgrade - kinda floppy and doughy. Reduced to 3 stars. Seems a little overhyped.

I've heard great things about Za, but I didn't think it lived up to the hype. They serve large, thin crust slices with corn meal on the bottom. The cheese is decent, but they have good sauce. This is a small space with only a couple choices for tap beer, none of which is great. You can sit at the counter or at a table inside or on the sidewalk. This is the only place that sells pizza in the immediate area, so if you are craving pizza in this neighborhood, this is your only choice - decent, not great.

I really enjoyed eating at Za. Everything from their super friendly and laid back wait staff to the funky decor on the walls to their seating options! You can only order their daily specials by the slice otherwise you have to order a whole pie and be forewarned - their single slices were as big as my arm, so imagine how huge a pie would be! Great thin crust pizza with really fresh toppings. Of course I have to give a shout out to the salad...huge, not lacking in the amount of veggies (that's huge for me), and their two homemade dressings were delicious!!

I like Za Pizza. I was convenient as I used to live a few blocks from it; great for grabbing a couple slices and a beer. You have a few options for seating: at the counter (my style), at the tables, or sit outside at a small table for 2. Small, but good beer selection. Thin crust pizza, not a ton of flavor, but Big slices. Great service too.
