The Mexican pizza at Taco Bell is very misleading. I was excited to try this "pizza" but to my dismay it contained ground beef, beans, and lettuce. Other than its circular shape and cheese there are really no other factors that resemble a pizza ingredient. It gave me a really bad stomach ache as well.
