This place stands out because of the pizza dough. My favorite is the Italian Combination Pizza and their Pesto Pizza. Order the X-Large- well worth it!

Ahhh Pauline's. This Mission gourmet pizza restaurant is perfect for dates and a great meal. This is a sit down only, white table cloth place. Served on thick focaccia bread, this pizza is exceptional. Great service, but this is one of the more expensive pizzas I've ever had - but well worth it.

Pauline's is a white table cloth, sit down pizza restaurant and is incredible! Think focaccia crust and the sauce and cheese is top quality. The wait staff is knowledgeable of their menu and great at pairing wines with you pizza. This is one of my favorite pizza restaurants on the west coast. Great for a date or with family. They have a full bar and lots of topping choices.

I've only been a few times, but everytime I think of getting a "classy" pizza, this is the first place that comes to mind. Alas, the Divisadero Little Star is only a few blocks from my apartment, so I always end up there. I love the asparagus pizza that they have here, although everything seems really fresh and delicious.

Great sit down pizza restaurant. White table cloths and great service. Not your typical pizza place, but very good!

Gourmet pizza. To the point of white tablecloth. Fresh ingredients, pricey. For pizza that you eat with a fork and knife, this place is worth it.
