Dunkin' Donuts (08 Jul 20:16)
  • Currently 2.0/5 Stars.
The Dunkin' Donuts pizza is passable if you want something resembling pizza and are in a rush. It's on the small side but for $2.99, it's filling enough for a snack.
Katz Bagels (20 May 23:20)
  • Currently 3.0/5 Stars.
A decent slice of pizza and works perfectly if you're having a drink at Danny Coyle's as you can bring food in there.
  • Currently 3.0/5 Stars.
I've never been overly impressed by Escape From New York Pizza. Everyone always talks about the potato pesto pizza, and it's good but not the best I have had even in San Francisco. The slices are also on the expensive side.
South Beach Cafe (20 May 22:31)
  • Currently 4.0/5 Stars.
This place makes a great lunch time chicken pesto pizza. It's the perfect size for lunch, and the shredded chicken on the pizza is particularly good.
Bus Stop Pizza (20 May 22:17)
  • Currently 3.0/5 Stars.
The pizza is somewhere in the 2 1/2-3 star range. They do a better job on their slices than some of the other places in the area with the thin crust . If you're hungry or after a few beers, definitely worth the visit but overall the pizza is just average to good.
Serrano's Pizza (13 Apr 14:49)
  • Currently 3.0/5 Stars.
I would give Serrano's a high three star rating. The barbecue chicken pizza was delicious. The barbecue sauce was particularly flavorful, and the only aspect keeping the pizza from a four star rating was the just average crust.
  • Currently 5.0/5 Stars.
This is my favorite place for a lunch pizza. The plain cheese pizza is so good that I don't even bother with adding additional toppings. The ingredients are just so flavorful. For a little less than $10, you get the biggest and best individual size pizza I've had so far in the city.
Little Star Pizza (13 Apr 14:39)
  • Currently 3.0/5 Stars.
Not only did our pizzas look the same but they tasted similar as well. We split two small deep dish pizzas, and although both pizzas had completely different toppings, the pizzas tasted almost identical. The fresh tomatoes, though flavorful, overpowered the toppings and cheese of the pizza. The crust was too bland for my taste. The pizza is certainly not bad but it's not great either.
Arinell Pizza (13 Apr 14:37)
  • Currently 4.0/5 Stars.
This is a legitimate New York style pizza slice and my go to place if I want something that comes even close to resembling the taste of a slice of pizza in New York. I just wish this place was open late night; Arinell's could clean up.
Stella Doro (13 Apr 14:36)
  • Currently 3.0/5 Stars.
Stella Doro Pizza grew on me with time when I lived in the Western Addition area and started ordering more and more pizza from these guys. One of my roommates and I would often split a one topping carry out special at Stella Doro's and I would often stop in for a quick slice or two. Maybe my pizza slice standards have declined but at this point I enjoy eating the pizza and think it's good. Though I still have my senses and realize that this pizza would be probably a 1 or 2 in NYC. As far as a small neighborhood pizza place, friendly staff, decent pizza, and a business I like to support.
